ABOUT US
Growing up as the son of a Industrial and Commercial Real Estate Broker, I had a lot of exposure to building projects and Owners. I have always had a great appreciation for business Owners and their Facility needs.
Early on, I worked for a large General Contracting company as well as a large Property Management firm. Those experiences helped me formalize the service that I could bring to the Construction Industry.
I began to build a team of construction professionals with an emphasis on quality, value and service. What we figured out along the way was that we could provide the same level of product and services as the large GC's without the huge administrative costs.
This is what we have been doing for over 25 years. What we are most proud of is, that our Customers keep us busy with repeat business or by referring us to new Clients.
